Officers graduate academy and begin FTO
Officers Raymond Carrol and Ryan Spearrin have graduated the Connecticut Police Academy and have begun the Waterford Police Field Training Program. A ceremony was held at the Waterford Police Department where they recieved thier police badges. They are expected to complete the FTO program in Auguist 2009.
