Stabbing at 123 Old Norwich Road, Quaker Hill, CT

On Wednesday, May13, 2009, members of the Waterford Police Department’s Patrol and Detective Divisions responded to the report of a stabbing at 123 Old Norwich Road, Quaker Hill, CT.

Upon arrival, responding officers located a female victim, who had suffered a self inflicted single stab wound to the chest. The victim was subsequently identified as Danielle J. Bentancourt, DOB 08/12/1987, of 19 Georgia Road, Oakdale, CT.

The Waterford Ambulance and Lawrence & Memorial Paramedics attended to the victim and she was transported to the Lawrence & Memorial Hospital for treatment of her non-life threatening injury.
