New WPD Officers graduate police academy
Waterford Police Department – New Officers graduate police academy.
On Tuesday, October 20, 2009, the Waterford Police Department held a badge pinning ceremony for the departments two newest members. Officers Matthew Hutchings and Patrick Flanagan have completed the Connecticut Police Academy training program and are scheduled to begin the Waterford Police Department Field Training Program this week. After they complete the Field Training Program, they will be assigned to the Patrol Division.
