Balestracci receives Officer of the Quarter Award
At the Waterford Police Commission meeting of 11/24/2009, Officer Marc Balestracci was presented with the “Patrolman of the Quarter” award for the time period July 1st, 2009 – September 30th, 2009.
The award read as follows;

Your outstanding reliability, trustworthiness, and concern for the citizens you serve, as well as Officers who serve with you, is truly worthy of commendation. Your “commitment to excellence” reflects great credit upon yourself and is in keeping with the highest traditions of the Waterford Police Department.
