Judicial Grievance Pannel Dismisses Complaint against COPS/UPSEU Attorney
Attached is a decision from the Grievance Pannel for a complaint filed by Council 15 against Attorney Resnick from COPS Union. The pannel sided with COPS and Attorney Resnick, dismissing the complaint stating “no complaint should be filed”
