Waterford Police Union switches to UPSEU/COPS Union
Waterford CT- On June 23, 2010 the Connecticut State Board of Labor Relations issued its decision regarding the election to switch the Waterford Police Union from Council 15 to UPSEU/COPS. The labor board ordered the complaint filed by Council 15 dismissed and UPSEU/COPS is now the exclusive bargaining agent for the Waterford Police Union for the purpose of collective bargaining with regards to wages, hours and other conditions of employment.
