EAP Program
The Center for Work and Family was established over 20 years ago so that we could directly respond quickly and effectively to the needs of area employers and their employees. We are committed to optimizing employee’s mental health and strengthening the way families and organizations function. The Center for Work and Family provides employee assistance programs to over 40 local companies and is affiliated with over 30 National EAP organizations covering more than 17,000 employees and their family members.
Employee Assistant Program Experience
The Center for Work and Family has provided quality employee assistance programs for over twenty years. The goal of these programs is to offer confidential services to employees and/or family members in order to:
- Assess problem at the earliest possible stage;
- Link the individual/family with the most appropriate form of assistance at the most reasonable cost;
- Restore the individual/family to full functioning.
Services are strictly confidential and offered without regard to race, religion, gender, age, and economic status or lifestyle preference.
